"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."
