"Overall I was happy with the service, however, Brian charged me a $49 truck charge even though it is not specified in his listing details here and he did not tell me that I was going to be charged this fee over the phone.  In addition, I had work performed the same day which was over $100 and in my opinion should have offset any truck charge.  In the future, he should put on this site that he charges a truck charge for estimates or tell the person before he comes out so they are aware of the fee.  Overall, very pleasant to work with and had all the parts on his truck to repair the issue which was nice.

"Very professional and friendly as well as very honest! We didn t end up needing a repair, our circuit breaker had popped and they discovered it. They reattached our dryer venting that my husband had pulled out and put the dryer back for us as well as explained some issues I was experiencing with the washer. We only needed to pay the service fee but we were happy to do that. Very nice guys! Your contact information is going in my phone! 🙋🏻‍♀️"

"I had a leak in washing machine and some grinding noise when spinning. I talked to Dan on Tuesday. He said it would be $35 to look at issue. I told him I needed him on Wednesday at 11 am. . Dan was early to the appointment. He took apart washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. The water pump was leaking and had debris in it that caused it to make noise. He went to his truck, grabbed new pump, and installed it. Now the washer works like brand new. $90 total (which included labor). Very reasonable price and professional service. I will call Premium Appliance for any future appliance repairs."
