They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"DMV did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and we are very happy with the finished product. The design process was a pleasant one, with the DMV team providing very helpful input that allowed a true team approach between us and their team. The process went smoothly because of the large variety of options that we could see and compare in their showroom and their expertise with 3-D image feedback. They were very transparent about pricing and timing and both cost and time projections were met very closely. Their crew was very skilled and extremely careful to keep everything clean. They did an excellent job with every aspect of the work inspected and cleared by team managers. Finally they were a pleasure to work with from a communication and results perspective. "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Douglas was hired to get my pool cleaned and ready for swimming. The pool looked like a swamp when he came to give me an estimate. His estimate was a good price so we hired him. He did a fantastic job. He worked very hard trying to get my pool swimmable. He came several days and worked for hours scooping leaves and stuff out of the pool. He scrubbed and vacuumed many times. In the end, he did it and I was very happy. He is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. Great personality and feels like family. I would recommend him for any job. I will have more work for him in the future. 5 stars."

"I decided to go with Crowell plumbing for my bathroom renovation due to a few factors, namely: - the flexibility they displayed when I asked for quote variations - the detail with which Robert was able to explain his thoughts on building out my vision - the comfort of knowing Crowell's competency is plumbing first I wasn't disappointed. The outcome looks great and I am impressed at how well they handled the unexpected after demolition. The crew were very professional and personable. Every single one of them are people I'd have over for dinner. That is if they bring their own food. I'm too frugal to fund any banquets. To that end they hit my price point. Another contractor underbid them, but I felt it worth a little extra to opt for the licensed plumbing expertise of Crowell Plumbing. I'm very happy with my choice. Great work guys!!"
