"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. "I searched Google for a mold cleanup company after a water leak in a bathroom. I called and workers were sent to my home the next morning. The job took a total of 3 days. All of the work was great. The supervisor even located mold in an unrelated area of the house. He pointed it out to me and vowed they would fit it. This was no easy job. Not only did they fix the leak and mold, they fixed the unrelated mold area and discovered the cause of the mold and ended up replacing the leaking toilet. Top notch. Went above and beyond.
