"Great job. Professional service and great communication. Would recommend these guys and work with them again! Thank you!"

"We highly recommend Jonathan with Buzz Deals 775 Reno for appliance repair! He recently came to our home to diagnose our front-load washer, which had stopped working with our clothes locked inside. We couldn’t get the washer to power on or release the door. Jonathan was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was excellent, he was professional and respectful of our home, and he was wonderful with all of our pets. Most importantly, he accurately diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, and ordered the replacement part. Should we need other appliance repair he’ll be our first and only call! 5 Star"

"They inspected the issue and found a quick fix - no charge!"

"Very responsive, listen to customer, high quality of work, pleasant to work with. Very happy with the results. Would hire again"

"My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."

"Michael is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about his work. He installed two electrical outlets and assisted with installing a 85-inch TV. Mike was communicative throughout the process and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Mike for anyone in need of handyman services. Thank you!"

"This guy had a great attitude, started with getting things ready. We made the job work out and he’s well skilled to make things work."

"Overall, Ken Rubio was courteous, informative and responsive. During the entire process, he was professional. He fully answered any questions and/or concerns regarding any of the work on our stucco house and wood fence. He was very thorough in the preliminary walk-around taking notes and pics on his tablet and explained the work to be done and the time frames involved. He provided a detailed written estimate in a very timely manner which included two time frames of tentative dates for the work to be scheduled. Ken was especially transparent and communicative in that regard. His work team was courteous and punctual. From my perspective, they were experienced and very efficient. I was very impressed with the attention to detail exercised by Big Horn with the house exterior trim. At completion of the job, any thing noted during the punch-list walk around was fully addressed to our satisfaction by Ken and his team. All work was completed as projected during the preliminary walk-through and as scheduled according to the estimate. There was no debris of any kind left behind. In conclusion, I will not hesitate to hire Big Horn again. I plan to contact Ken for some interior work as soon as practical for our household."
