I contacted Jeff to cancel the appointment. His quote was probably half the price of what we paid the other company. Though Jeff didn't actually provide physical service, his customer service, knowledge, and willingness to squeeze us in on a very busy holiday weekend are impressive...will be contacting him for pool maintenance, opening, and closings in the future!"

"One workman was sent over to fix leak. Work took one hour, for which we were charged $1600. We thought we had an emergency situation. THE COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Even if the work was done properly, The fee for one hour of work is outrageous"

"Beware of this contractor. One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a company. Owner is dishonest and does not follow up on his word. So many attempts made to resolve the issue on my behalf with no resolution. Eventually, I had to hire a different liner repair company to resolve/fix the issue. Once they have their money they'll never follow up on anything else. Do not hire."
