Once scheduled, Justin and Will arrived on time and efficiently completed the job. Their work area was kept very clean and they respected our home. "The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great."

"<p>Did not go well at all. the owner initially quoted $2500 to $2800 for the total job but then ended up charging me $4100.</p> <p>The lead electrician that was sent to my home  reported wrong hours to the owner and I was charged for them. When I brought it to the owners attention he confronted me and the employee about it. The employee would not admit to the difference in hours. I told the owner that I had text to prove the hour differences.  I provided text proof of hours and the owner did nothing to rectify the billing differences. He claims he did but  he did not. He just added additional hours so it looked as if he fixed the hour discrepancy. The employee admitted to me of working sick and less hours than what he submitted. </p> <p>The electricians installed a new exhaust fan in the bathroom during demo and did not secure it. It fell into the demo pile and was thrown away. The owner Bill charged me for another fan of $175. </p> <p>The lead electrician worked very slow and had to have some his work reworked by the helper. </p> <p>Between the hour discrepancy and the slow work due to being sick this cost me at least 6 hours worth of work. At $100 an hour that is $600. </p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever had from a skilled tradesman. In the end this owner definitely over charged me at least $775. Be very cautious if you use this company. Get quotes in writing and VERIFY every minute they are in your home. </p> <br />"

Explained everything and worked hard daily to complete the massive job of replacing all electrical outlets and switches, installed garbage disposal switch and microwave in our 1985 house on the beach. Installed breaker box addition for dryer and junction box for hot water heater. Feel safe with the upgrades."

"The most important thing they did was give a fair price for the job of replacing the old with a whole new system . The bid was definitely acceptable. The crew of two showed up when they said they would. Living in Florida everyone knows how brutal the heat can be. The two men worked all day replacing literally everything and never complained about anything. They did a great job and so glad the ac unit is working perfectly. This particular unit was installed at my daughters home. We used Total Comfort after we had a lightening strike and our unit had to be replaced. We also use their maintenance program to keep everything in top shape. Josh is I believe the supervisor and gave us the original bid at a fair price. We will continue doing business with this company. Thanks to the hard working men who worked on the installation . I trust this company."
