"Fantastic job. Arrived within an hour of my call. Explained my issue was something minor when I expected it to be a thermostat or more costly. Excellent friendly service. He even used shoe covers before entering the house which is very considerate. The only thing is I wish I was told the additional price after the normal service charge. It was still very reasonable but slightly unexpected. Overall a great experience and will definitely use again next time & highly recommend."
