"Start to finish, Marc for the Estimate, great service from the friendly and helpful office staff (Kelly, I think?) and Tim and his very quite and very hard working assistant. In fact so quiet, I forgot his name (sorry)! I am very satisfied with the new basement window, looks great, lighting from the window makes it feel much more like a bedroom and less a dark, dank basement. "Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.

"Our house had a water damage that ruined much of the drywall and floor on the first floor and the basement. For such a big repair job, I carefully looked up the reviews and recommendations from Angie's list and talked to 3 contractors that have the highest ratings. AOM was one of the three. David, the owner of AOM, quickly came to our house, assessed the damage, explained to me what need to be done, showed great empathy to our loss and current situation (having to stay in hotel waiting to go back to our house), and put a very competitive bid (about 2/3 the bid of another contractor). We picked them and signed the contract. AOM uses Trello, a cloud-based project tracking system that software companies often use, to effectively and promptly communicate task description and updates to all workers and house owners. AOM workers are professional, hard working, and friendly. For such a big project, expectedly there were some hiccups and AOM had to juggle ours with their other on-going projects. David kindly explained to me various aspects of the repair work and promptly fixed any faults that we identified. I became to completely trust David's professional skill and that he would treat our house like his. Several nights and weekends David came to work late so that we could move back to normal life as soon as possible. In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled house. I sincerely recommend David and AOM for any house remodeling and restoration job."
