The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them and you will be glad you did. I sure was!"

"I was looking to have my large home cleaned and was on a tight time schedule due to an upcoming event. Luciana was very responsive to my request. I spoke with her about the Angie's List deal for in-depth cleaning up to a 3500 sq. ft. home for $329. Most cleaning deals are for homes up to 2500 sq. ft. and don't include ovens. My home was larger than the deal and I knew it some places needed extra attention so I purchased, even though the price wasn't the best advertised. Luciana was able to schedule me within a week of my call to her. Her two helpers arrived at the appointed time, with Luciana arriving very closely after. I had the paper towels and trash bags available for them to use. Otherwise, they come with their own items. I left and received a text about 4 hours later that they were finishing up. I arrived and inspected their work. It was very thorough! Luciana left before I arrived, but told me that she'd pointed out to one of the ladies that she needed to go over an area better. She asked that I look at it to make sure it was acceptable to me. I really appreciated her attention to detail, which is often overlooked for "just good enough" service."

"We first tried Poseidon a few years ago because we hoped their dry cleaning method would alleviate the problem with wicking from the padding that always resulted in stains reappearing. We were very pleased with the first experience; professional, attention to detail, no lasting dampness. About a year later, we tried again and the crew was nowhere near a good. "Generally well. Most of the floor was clean. Stubborn dirt on some grout that appeared to be gone when the floor was wet turned out still to be there once the floor dried. I think it was ground-in dough from a baking session. Given that, I was glad I did not have the grout sealed. I was annoyed that the lead technician, in discussing grout sealing, tried hard and insistently to persuade me that the grout was originally light-colored instead of the dark color I had selected and know to have been used. My wife and I chose everything in this kitchen when we redid it."
