"Joe answered the phone immediately and my job was scheduled. He then, a short tile later actually expedited coming out. Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. I will definitely keep him in mind for future plumbing needs."

I did my research on brands and features, had a good idea of what I thought would work, and then picked 3 top rated vendors to get bids from. A quality you don’t see much anymore. I opted for a unit with a few more options and Ron still gave me a great price. I never bothered to call back the other vendors for a written quote. Trust and confidence hold great value these days. Ron projects both those assets. On delivery day Ron called first and showed up right on time. He upgraded a few older pipes for a better connection, as we discussed, and in a few hours, with his helper, had the install completed. They cleaned up after themselves and my garage looked like nothing happened. EXCEPT; I got a great new water heater, with a 12 year warranty, a bunch of consumer friendly options, exactly where I wanted it located, with upgraded hardware, and at a really great price. Ron the owner is a real professional who knows his craft. He covered all the bases to make sure I got what I needed and what I wanted. He was patient and responsive with all my questions and really came through in the end with a flawless install. Needless to say Certified is our homes new plumber. "Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents.
