They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

I had to have them come back and reinstall the glass shower doors properly. No contract or material list was given to me. Just a cost of $9,200.
