After numerous calls to Fast Furniture (dba/aka SCHATZMAN CLAIM SERVICE), a technician was finally sent on February 21. They claimed they have no control over subcontractor scheduling, despite being responsible for the service provided. I received the required repair part on March 18 and still have not been contacted to schedule the repair. The technician has read my texts but has not responded or returned my calls. I purchased this bed due to a medical condition and have now gone over two months without proper sleep. My health is suffering, and the company refuses to take accountability or ownership of my claim."
