"I hired Mr. Scott in Nov 2021 to replace a water heater. He showed up as scheduled, was professional, and installed the water heater. I also had him replace a few faucets. In April of 2023, my new water heater will not stop running. I called Mr. Scott and he said he was busy but would come the following week. The following week came and went, I text Mr. Scott to see when he was coming and the response was I told you I was busy, call someone else. So Mr. Scott may show up and do the job but if you have any issues he does not stand behind his work. I would not recommend hiring this plumber to anyone with this type of attitude."

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."
