"He responded promptly to my call and made house visit to determine problem the same day. He was able to change out the hot water heater with a quality unit the following day in about 2 hours, but did not show up at the agreed time and did not call to inform me of the delay. He did not remove old HW Heater from property as requested and as was told they would do. I think the quality of work was fine, but I thought it was expensive."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Josh and his team took on the remodel project of our home. During this he removed and replaced all plumbing and gas lines under our house. He then installed all new sewage and vent lines according to code. He then replaced our indoor water heater with an outdoor mounted natural gas tankless water heater. He ran all new PEX lines throughout and insulated accordingly. He provides a very friendly, respectful and professional attitude while maintaining strong work ethic. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for any project large or small!!"
