Neither looked at the attic, the crawlspace, on told me I had mold and wouldn't give me a written estimate. M and M (Doug) came over, went all over the house, under the house, in the attic, tested the furnace and said it needed a new motor. He recommended insulation in the attic, close off unnecessary ceiling vents, run a new line to the gas fireplace as it had copper which can develop leaks, and clean everything. They saved me $7000!
