He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup.
