The job turned out to be more complex than expected, and although there were a few issues early on, I would like to commend the owner for how he handled them. He personally followed up, came out himself, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was completed properly. That level of hands-on accountability is rare and truly appreciated. "My original water heater caught on fire, it was on recall and I wasn't aware. I called Rheem and sent them pictures of my water heater. They had George from BG-American Plumbing contact me that same day to set up a time to do work. George was able to come out the next day and get my water heater replaced. The work went smoothly. George was on time, professional, and personable. The water heater was in a very tight space, and it took someone who know's what they're doing to get the old water heater out and the new one in. I would highly recommend George and I would use him again."

"I am an extremely happy customer. Richie came in and replaced my 20 year old water heater with no issues. He even routed my water lines to the heater the way I wanted them which was different from the way they were. Very nice gentleman. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him for an future projects."

Not only is he knowledgeable about plumbing but he's down to earth and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He quickly and efficiently fixes what's wrong and backs up all their work.
