"Behold Heating &Cooling diagnosed by furnace issue and correctly recommended a new furnace due to rust and leaks. Their bid was the most competitive and the customer service was outstanding. They were extremely courteous and followed up on all issues. We ended up with a fantastic new high efficiency furnace and new AC units with state of the art controller/thermostat controls. We are very pleased with Gilles and his crew."

"**5 Stars — Small Business to the Rescue!** Brian and Valerie of Chatfields LLC AC and Heating saved the day! Our furnace failed while guests were staying at our property. A larger HVAC company quoted $2,150 to replace the circuit board and two pressure switches. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion. Brian carefully investigated, confirmed the board and one switch were working, and replaced only the faulty pressure switch. Heat was restored the same day for $275—a $1,875 difference! Beyond the savings, Brian was thorough, honest, professional, and true to his word. Meeting his wife, Valerie, was equally wonderful. They are such a kind, warm couple who made a stressful day easier. This is why I love supporting small businesses! Chatfields stepped in where a larger company fell short and earned my trust and future business. I'll gladly continue supporting hardworking small businesses like theirs. Thank you both for your integrity and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"

"They showed up on time and gave me a quote for furnace and a/c replacement of an over 20 yr old system. This was on a Friday and Mon was Labor day so work was scheduled for Tue between 9 and 9:30. They showed up at 9:15 and had everything completed by 5:00 that afternoon. Very satisfied with my new system. They answered all my questions and provided a year labor warranty on top of the mfg parts warranty. They also provided a 4 year tune up spring and fall at no extra charge. Total cost $12,500."

"In April, we had Tipping Hat Plumbing-Heating-Electrical replace our 20-year-old forced-air heating system and add central air conditioning. At the same time, they replaced our electrical breaker box. The HVAC is a new Amana system, for both heating and cooling. The breaker box upgrade also added a whole-house shut-off and fixed some issues. We could not be happier with the entire process, from first sales visit through after-installation follow-up. Kevin Eddingfield, our sales representative was knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to answer our questions and provide multiple options. We asked for three references, and Tipping Hat delivered. We call all of them, and they called us back. The final quote was accurate, and easy to understand. The financing terms were executed as promised. The electricians that replaced our panel, Chris and Chris Ditmore (father and son), were efficient, careful, considerate, professional, and patient. They went above-and beyond what was required to make certain that our electrical service was replaced with a minimum of disturbance. They reviewed our service, checked the entire house when they were done, and even replaced a few faulty outlets. We will ask for then by name the next time we use Tipping Hat for electrical work. The HVAC technicians the next day were paragons of professionalism and efficiency. The utility room is small land cramped, but they removed the old system and installed the new components without so much as scratching a finished wall. We choose to add a whole-house humidifier and an ultraviolet light air cleaner, and I think that both components will add value to the system. We also choose a replacement filter subscription, and now we will have filters delivered t our door. The installation came with a service plan, with multiple tune-up visits per year (important to us because we maintain our home systems diligently). They worked very quickly and carefully, tested everything, and left no mess in our house or back yard. We chose an Ecobee5 smart thermostat, and they helped me set up its initial programming. The new thermostat was wired with a minimal amount of drywall damage â and even that was repaired by Tipping Hat a few days later with no problems. The entire experience has been positive, and we look forward to having Tipping Hat help us in the future with plumbing/electrical/water heater upgrades in the future."

"From the first call, through the install, their team is completely customer focused. When Sean came to offer a bid, he reviewed everything, tried something even to get our heater running, and was extremely professional and polite. Bob gave me a call to let me know when the team would be there. The team (Chappy, Roman and Nate) came out and were polite, respectful of the work area and never hesitated to answer any question or allow us to see what they were working on. They did a BEAUTIFUL job with the install and were very nice to boot! Sean's follow up is appreciated as well."
