Get matched with top thermostat pros in Houston, TX

"A very nice experience. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They weren't cheap, but they did everything! I got a new pad for the outside equipment, new thermostat, they mounted everything properly. They even reworked some of my ducting to improve the system efficiency. I hope I never have to get a new ac unit but if I do I will call them."

"I recently had to have my kitchen repaired after a frozen pipe at the end of December 2022. It took me months to find an honest, reputable and ethical contractor. Gratefully I was referred to Danny Did It. I am so grateful for that referral. Danny and his crew are all some of the kindest and most dedicated contractors I have met. He treated my small job as if he were remodeling a million-dollar house. His communication was amazing. When he said he or his crew were going to be at my home at a certain time they were and if he was running late he always called or communicated with me. I appreciate that he respected my time. I appreciate his laid back and patient attitude. I had to delay the job several times and Danny was very understanding when I told him, and reassured me that he would be ready when everything got sorted out. For someone who was going through their first, and I hope last, water damage repair and learning how to navigate homeowner's insurance claims his reassurances made a huge difference to me. His attention to detail showed in the quality of his work, and his choices were always spot on with what I wanted. This is because he took the time to get to know me, my style and personality. The young men he hired to help him shared his same level of attention to detail and desire to do the job well. I also enjoyed watching him teach these young men what it means to be a good contractor, to take pride in their work and how to do the work right. After hearing all of the horror stories that my friends have told me about their experiences, I am so happy that I found Danny Did It. He made what has been a very stressful situation much easier by being the type of person and business owner that can be counted on. I highly recommend Danny Did It for any home repairs or remodels that you need. He is the best."

"I was in a panic have an old unit I know I was pushing it, but Andres call right away & came out that night. Found prob was the thermostat! He even went out to look for one but everything closed. He came back the next day as promised. Excellent service!"

"They showed up quick to fix my thermostat. Robert came back when I had additional problems and was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue and resolved it in a timely fashion. Their price is fair and their service is excellent. Will hire again for any HVAC related work."

"David Roundtree and his assistant performed a very admirable installation at my mother's home today. Checked the air conditioner for proper performance and explained everything pertaining to the installation in detail. Very professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to have him back out if ever needed for other service issues."

"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. I got it replaced before something bad happening. Thanks David, Jorge, and the folks at Nick's."

"Awesome! I had two other companies come out and tell me everything needed to be replaced ($1900 and $2900 estimates were given along with days of work). Tommy came out and said everything could be repaired for $800! He sent me the written estimate and everything was done accordingly! It looks brand new and it only took about 6-7 hours. I highly recommend Tommy and his son!"

"The service rep came 2 hrs early, did not have a new thermostat needed, but for $50 more would install one he had with him. I had another appt and did not have time so he said he would go get the regular thermostat and come back in 90 mins. But the office called and said he had other service calls to complete. She would have to reschedule me tomorrow. After pitching a **tantrum** the scheduler called me back and the original service tech would be back today. But my original service call was to include an A.C. check-up as well as the thermostat repair/replacement. The technician did not know about the A.C. check-up and did not have time to conduct it. What we had was a failure to communicate between employees."

"Victor installed 2 Ecobee 4 thermostats for me. He called an hour ahead to let me know he was coming. Arrived on time and performed the job quickly and professionally. Was organized and had material to catch any little debris that might have dropped on the floor. I highly recommend him and will consider using him again."
