He got us emergency heat so we would not freeze over the weekend. He received the new unit on Monday and scheduled for Tuesday morning and before noon, they were finished. Raymond came back and explained how to use the thermostat. He is very friendly yet very professional. I'd give this company a ten on a 0 to 10 scale where zero a big zero.
