"I needed the water heater replaced at my house as soon as possible and Alex was super accommodating. I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. His professionalism and expertise were evident from start to finish. Not only did he provide a great price, but his work was also top-notch. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was installed correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend Prime Cooling and Heating LLC for any HVAC needs. Excellent service!"

"My wife and I needed our bathroom updated since it hadn’t been worked on since the 70s. I did some of the demo myself and Steve did the remaining demo and rebuilt the bathroom which included moving the shower and changing a linen closet into a laundry closet. While he was working on the bathroom, I was working on other parts of the house. Steve did an amazing job with our bathroom. He is detail oriented, has a professional demeanor, and is fair when it comes to pricing. An added bonus was that he gave me advice when I asked questions about other projects around the house. He also let me use his tools. The overall project took about 2 months which included his help on a few other side projects around the house. I felt like our bathroom was in good hands throughout the whole process and the final outcome looks better than my wife and I imagined. I would certainly recommend him to take care of any of your remodeling needs. I’m planning on using him for our other bathroom when we’re ready for that."

"I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

"He arrived in the house on time, he review the item that need to have fixed, he gave us a very fair estimate and he did the very clean and tidy job. I've used him for several times. He is very customer friendly and explains in details what it is he's going to. And if there's any additional cost which is very important, So I highly recommend him. So I think that he was so polite and the service was great and I'll definitely use them again."
