Not only did they do a proper repair, they addressed another issue at roof level without charging me more. I had other small repairs and Sky knocked out my “Honey do” list while Lee completed the roof repair. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about how they turned a disaster into manageable problem. Superb service and staff."

"Mike, they were, came within a hour or so, as promised, to look at the problem and begin work. When Mike walk in the door, he gave me a chocolate covered doughnut. The person who called was Jo, who work hard to make sure that I got the timing I needed ( I had no heat in mid December). Mike told me that he had no choice but to do as Jo asked. Before he begin work, he texted her that he had arrived. Jo, Mike, Mike assistant Todd, and Jason work hard to get my heat up and running by 3pm that day. With or without with doughnut, I recommend them in a heart beat"
