Our 50 gallon water heater had gone out after 7 years of use and we were looking to upgrade to a tankless system. "I found this company on a neighborhood group and they said they did small jobs. I needed a roof patch. Not only did they do a proper repair, they addressed another issue at roof level without charging me more. I had other small repairs and Sky knocked out my “Honey do” list while Lee completed the roof repair. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "Customer service is clearly a focus and this team has some great members. AC Unit was installed professionally and on time. And was a very competitive price especially considering the customer service. The only watch out is I was quoted for an upgraded thermostat and IAQ system after my AC install at â around $2000â then offered $1500 for the install as I already spent $6K on AC up sale. When I inquired about what went into the quote as far as labor and materials they got angry with me. To me the quoting process should be one of transparency. When I did research myself I found the system materials are around $200 on amazon so the install was 1300-1800 for 4-6 hrs of labor. As we couldnâ t talk details about it I am still uncertain of the fairness. But Honeywell quotes install should be around 300-500$. Just goes to show even with great companies you need to do your homework. I still rated 4* because for the work they did I felt it was very fair, just wish we could have completed the transaction that way."
