"I want to personally identify Curtis (unknown last name) who handled my project of repairing one ceiling fan, replacing another ceiling fan, installing four new lights (kitchen, hallways and main bathroom, along with over 30 electric plugs and outlets on April 16, 17, 22 and 23, 2020. He was simply the best of the best. On time, personable, dependable and totally responsible. He works hard and for a great customer. He needs to be recognized. I thank him from the bottom of my heart."

"Job was done right. Dryer vent cleaned out along with HVAC vent getting cleaned out. The air felt so much fresher after HVAC was cleaned!"

"I have had Serranos heating and cooling at my house multiple times from central ac work to gas heat with everything from service to repair. The owner and employees are very courteous, informative and well put together. I always know more about my systems when they leave and their pricing is always very fair even though I am pretty far out. I would highly suggest using these guys and when I am ready for a new system install you better believe I am going to be giving them a call! 10/10 service. These guys are the real deal!"

"The co-owner/service technician is a true professional, who brings a level of honesty and integrity that’s hard to come by. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly ensuring that we understood our options without any pressure. It’s clear his priority is providing a reliable cost-effective service to his customers, not just making a sale. He was on time, courteous and meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond to ensure our AC unit was running smoothly. What set him apart is his genuine commitment to customer service. He was incredibly responsive and dedicated to ensuring that we were fully satisfied with the service provided. It is refreshing to see a company that puts so much effort into ensuring their work is done right the first time. They don’t just treat you like a customer, but a partner in the process. The attention to detail, transparency in pricing & personalized care made us feel like we were in good hands every step of the way. I high recommend Top Care Air"
