"Unfortunately, handyman skills are not in my wheelhouse and I have had to use handymen over the years. Ever since I moved to Atlanta in 2017, I have used Mr. Handyman and I cannot stress enough how great they are! One technician pointed out how to take care of an issue I had even though it would have been in the company's best interest not to do so. Another time, when he noticed that the it would not be feasible to do the work given the construction work going on outside my condo , the technician did not charge me for a visit. The last person to come out last Thursday was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did a thorough job repairing and repainting my wall. One day, I will hopefully become more competent at home maintenance. Until then, I will definitely use Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody."

"It never fails, when an AC unit stops working it is always on one of the hottest days of the season. Well I woke up this morning and noticed that it was hotter inside than it was outside even though my thermostat was set to 72 degrees. Uh oh! So I called Casteel to see if I could get a technician to diagnose and repair my HVAC unit. Considering this the prime season for AC calls I expect their first available date to be some time in August but was pretty happy when they were able to fit me into a same day appointment. Communication with Casteel through the entire process was excellent. They even sent me an email and text with the a picture of the technician who was on his way and gave me the ability to track his location. My tech, Brad Nguyen was wonderful and quickly diagnosed my issue, made his fix and then was on his merry way. I would definitely use Casteel for all my HVAC needs."

"Very nice guy. Used his service 4 years ago. Lost his number and incredibly enough was paired back with him again through this application. I already would have used his service again because of air conditioning work he did before. He service my furnace by replacing a part. Help me install a brand new ecobee thermostat. And even help me set it up. And change my filter which desperately needed it and I had not gotten to it because it's in my attic. Overall very great service although I think it could have been 10 or 15% cheaper... I didn't try to negotiate because overall I was happy to finally get these things taken care of in a timely manner."

"We called several different companies to get an estimate for repairing our non-working furnace. We hired PV because of their professional, customer service oriented interactions. Ultimately, we decided to replace, rather than repair, our 25 yr old furnace and AC unit. The estimator provided four different units at various price points for us to consider. We did our own research on the units that were offered and the price estimates, and checked out third party reviews on PV's reputation, and then booked them. They came out two days later on a Saturday and did the install. We have been happy with the work and all our interactions with the various members of the team all down the line."

"The blower on the furnace stopped working.  The technician showed up on time, wore surgical booties over his shoes (to prevent tracking dirt into the house), and successfully diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor.  I asked him why the unit was turning on and off frequently and after some further inspection he explained it was because there was not sufficient return air coming to the unit causing the furnace to over heat (due to low air flow), turns off, cools down, then turns back on again repeating the cycle.  He recommended a couple simple solutions that I could do myself (if I felt comfortable).  Nice guy - friendly, professional, knowledgable, and didn't try to gouge me for every penny.
