"Zach was very professional and gave us such a great deal. This us his work done. It's installed and just happy to have him do the work and we will call him for any other work needed for upkeep or other plumming. We will also recommend him to others."

"The detection work was well done and accurate, but they charged 500 dollars for an hour or so of work. The estimate to repair the leak came to $2300 which was obscenely high. I have opened up the wall and the leak is in one joint. Another plumber says they can repair for 200, more than 10 times less. This is pricing geared to exploit unaware buyers. I would not call them again"

"paul was awesome. My thermostat was acting weird and paul went above and beyond to help me fix the problem"

"David Q was our tech and he was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and polite. He asked for all the relevant information, assessed the problem and quickly ran through a series of diagnostics to identify the problem. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it, advised on next steps and cleaned up everything before he left. Superstar!"

"Did a nice job on the pipes but left big holes in the walls and floor. Only time doing this so did not have wall repair folk standing by."

"The price quoted for replacement was 4Xs what I paid just a few years ago. The plumber was professional and pleasant and did the repair work efficiently but the pricing was really high. I mean really high. Like really high. Like still wondering why it is so high, high. YMMV. If their pricing were more reasonable or someone could explain why it is so high, that would be helpful."

"I am very pleased with Sunset Heating and Cooling as a new customer. Isai Ubaldo arrived to conduct a thorough inspection of my home's HVAC unit. Isai demonstrated himself to be an expert in the field, explaining why the heating element was failing. Additionally, he gave me options for the cost of repair vs. replacement. I received real numbers, objective data, a complete overview of the entire maintenance program, and transparent information on the hiring practices of Sunset Heating (competency requirements/security checks). Very impressed with both Isai and the overall integrity of the company. Company integrity, both within the company and how the company is represented by team members, is crucial to business success and continuity. Thank you, Isai."
