"Mike did an outstanding job and I couldn t be happier with the entire experience. He s definitely got the HVAC skills, but he also has the far less common trait of professional integrity. There were a number of unknowns when he quoted the job, so he suggested charging hourly and that the job could take a whole day. This can be like handing over a blank check to some service providers. Instead, Mike sought to most efficiently troubleshoot and repair in 3 hours. He was able to avoid the time consuming replacement of some parts that I had assumed would need replacing. The point is, Mike could have milked this job by stretching the troubleshooting, or just jumping in to do the work that I thought needed to be done because it would yield a larger invoice. But he didn t. He actively sought to save me time/money, despite the implied reduced income to him. Integrity like this amongst the Trades service providers (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc..) is extremely rare, but I am now a lifetime customer of Magic Mike s, and will recommend his services to others at every opportunity.
