"We recently moved into a recently remodeled home in which the developer failed to remove the stickers, adhesive and paint droppings off the new windows and skylights and did not have the windows cleaned (15 windows and 2 skylights). As some of the windows and skylights were extremely hard to reach due to the height or the fact that some of the windows had security bars, we decided to hire S&J services after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I communicated with Santos over email where he provided me a very reasonable quote. He and his partner arrived a bit late for the appointment, but the short time it took to clean all the windows well made up for it (super quick and efficient). I even asked if they could wash an extra window and wasn't charged for the service. In fact, his partner cleaned the front door window and the basement windows without even being asked which was great. I would definitely hire them again."

"Mike and his son, Ray, run a good family business.  I have found them helpful, responsive and trustworthy in their recommendations about what I need to do vs. can save money on. I really appreciated that Mike called me on a Sunday to provide advice on purchasing a good quality toilet (from Home Depot, so he had no incentive to steer me one way or the other), which his son Ray installed the next day.  Both Mike and Ray take the time to explain the services they are providing AND they give new home-owners good tips on repairs we can do ourselves - which cuts into their business but makes me very willing to call back when I really need help.  I did have one service that needed a follow-up appointment because something didn't quite work right (hot water wasn't flowing properly to the newly installed shower head), but I appreciated that Ray came back out the next business day and fixed the issue free of charge.

"They showed up about 10 minutes behind schedule, hence the B for punctuality, but they hit the ground running as soon as they walked through the door.  I only hoped to use them to move the biggest, most cumbersome items, and I was taking care of the rest.  They wrapped or protected those things that needed it and loaded everything extremely well.  We were on the road with the first load in about 1 1/2 hours.  We completed a second load.  In all, they moved a three piece sectional, china cabinet, oak dining table with six chairs, leather sofa and chair, two queen size rooms with furniture, two twin size rooms with furniture, patio table and chairs, grill, trampoline, and miscellaneous other pieces of furniture and boxes.  They were extremely efficient.
They were extremely professional and courteous.  However, I gave them a B because one of the gentlemen had some questionable tattoos that likely speak to his past, which I did not ask about.  He was still great to talk with and worked well.  The team was very cohesive, you could tell they have been working together for some time.
I know how hard they worked, so I also bought them lunch and gave them a decent tip.  It was well worth it!
