Nick made it over the very same day we spoke. Got the boiler up and running, reset our thermostat that was also not connected correctly, he identified the issues with radiators that weren't working and unlike most service reps we've worked with Nick doesn't keep information to himself. He shares what he is doing and why, encourages questions and you can tell he loves his job. He even called the manufacturer for our HVAC and boiler units to get them registered for us!
