"Joel from J. M.Curtis Energy Solutions is our hero! He went out of his way to to take care of my 97 year old motherâ s thermostat after hours. I had called his company in the late afternoon and left a message. He returned my phone call on his way home from work, offering to give us an appointment the following day. But when I explained that my mother was elderly and feeling so cold, he made an exception to help her, out of the goodness of his heart (despite the fact that it delayed his own dinner.) While he was here, Joel was extremely courteous and efficient, and was able to make the repair quickly and professionally. Within half an hour of his visit, my motherâ s home was toasty warm and she was smiling gratefully!! I would definitely recommend J. M. Curtis Energy Solutions! Thank you."

"Brian and I arranged a day for the work to be done, and he showed up on that day. We arranged an appointment time the morning of. Communication was easy (by text). He showed up on time, completed the work very quickly (15 minutes or so), and did great work. I paid the originally quoted amount. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others."

"We hired Bertram to repair our central air. He arrived on time and did the repair. The repair should let us finish the season with the old season. We liked him, and have asked him to completely replace our system in the fall."

"Jeremy was super knowledgeable and very courteous. We had needed an emergent home repair and he arrived promptly to repair the wiring on our water heater and did not leave until we were able to take warm showers- around 11 pm that night. He even tried to sweep and mop our floors!! He then made time in his already booked weekend to help us upgrade an outdated breaker box out of concern for our safety when many other local electricians tried to put us off until well after the weekend. I will certainly be using his services for years to come and I suggest anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, and genuine electrician pick JMP as well!"

"Furnace boiler would not start. Appointment was available the next day. Eric diagnosed faulty gas valve. Part was back ordered so took extra days. He replaced gas valve and furnace started but it did not start the next cold day. Turned out he should also have replaced the thermocouple. He came the same day when I called and was able to complete the repair at no additional charge. They stood behind their work and are a high quality firm but repair in one visit would have been better. Eric was very pleasant and professional and readily acknowledged his misjudgment."

"Very professional and quick diagnostic, resulted in an effective repair"

"Got my condensor fixed in time"

"Prompt response, appointment and service! Showed up on time and was polite and professional. Quality work and cleaned up the work area after the repair! A++"
