Tyson, the tech that was sent out, was by far the definition of professional. Iâ ve had techs come out that seemed professional but then just left more of a mess than when they came in. Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. "Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future. Overall, the visit lasted about 90 minutes and the repair cost was (luckily) minimal. Our home was back to feeling cool within 36 hours (after 48 hours of no relief from the heat). Based on this experience, we will certainly use All Weather Heating & Cooling for our future HVAC needs.  <br />"
