The installers arrived an hour later, explained to me exactly what they were going to do, and all the specs of the new air conditioner. Roughly 2 hours later, they were finished. They explained the warranty, and cleaned up. The only evidence that they were there was the new air conditioner, no debris left behind. They were very professional, and I would gladly use them again!"
