"The plumber did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. He knows his stuff and is good"

"Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"My water heater broke when I was out of town. Upon return, I cleaned it up, and needed a quick install of a new one. Habitat heroes responded very quickly, and were there within 48 hours installing. Would recommend."

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"Worker did ok but was not familiar with replacing the space guard filter. No problem, I did it myself. But this is a common filter & the tech should have experience with it."

"TopTec responded immediately, scheduled the appointment for 8AM the next business day. Jason the plumber arrived early, concisely explained his planned actions, coordinated with other trades, professionally executed the installation of the tankless heater with minimal disruptions, cleaned up and left a happy customer. Toptec did an excellent job, for my next plumbing issue I will call Jason at Toptec."

"They were great! Called at the agreed upon time frame, carried new water heater downstairs and removed old one and took away! Install was smooth and I had them booked in one day! Finally an honest plumber!"

"I don't know if our job was easier, or harder than other garage heaters that this crew (company) installed. What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."
