Their inspection was performed prior to my actual insurance company’s roof inspection. Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. "Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. Michael was able to come out to provide an estimate within two days of contacting him, and I was satisfied with the initial bid and chose him over Bauer because he is a US Army veteran; since I am on Active Duty, I was happy to bring my business to a vet.  Michael and his crew were able to come out the following week to begin painting, and his crew took their time, were very thorough, and cleaned up after themselves.  During the several days Michael and his crew were painting my home, I felt completely comfortable with his crew, with his professionalism and skill-sets.  On multiple occasions I was unable to be present during the time they were painting and felt comfortable enough to allow he and his crew access to my home to utilize my restrooms, to keep lunches in the fridge, and generally clean up when they were done for the day.  During this time, I had no issues whatsoever with the manner my home was being used to complete their work, and his crew were respectful and thorough when cleaning up after themselves.  Michael came back the day after the job was complete to do a full 360 walkaround of the home to inspect for any missed spots or places that needed touching up.  Michael and his crew cleaned the exterior of my home with a pressure washer prior to getting started, then came back the next day and filled in any gaps, nail-holes, and cracks with caulk prior to starting.  They applied painters tape around the entire perimeter of the home in any place where what they were going to paint merged with brick or window or materials not to be painted.  I thoroughly inspected their work each day and was satisfied each day as the project progressed.  Michael pointed out damaged soffit materials prior to replacing them to get my approval to repair, and in the end, even though there was additional work and repairs done to the soffit, he did not raise the price of the original bid when it came time to pay for services.  Michael also pointed out that I had some hail damage on my roof and when the USAA adjusters came out, he pointed out the locations of the damage to the adjusters.  In the end, there was enough damage to my roof to warrant replacing it.  Were it not for his willingness to point out what he observed, I would not have known there was damage on my roof from recent hailstorms.

At the conclusion to the painting job, Michael ensured that I was completely satisfied with the services performed and even provided me with the remainder of the paint in the event of future touchups.

Once he was certain I was satisfied, we concluded our business with final payment for services rendered.

I am beyond pleased with having decided to use Exteriors of Texas, and will gladly use their services again if the opportunity presents itself...like maybe for replacing my roof when the insurance settles.

"Rocky was on time when he came out to survey the work I needed done. He offered suggestions on how to repair the rotted fascia and wooden beam area which led to a cost savings and did not require me to hire a roofer. He quickly provided me with an estimate. He was working on another job at the time, but kept me up to date on his schedule and when he'd be able to start my job. During the conduct of the work, Rocky was timely (he arrived and left at a reasonable hour), courteous, professional, innovative, meticulous, extremely neat (he cleaned up every day before he left), kept us informed on his schedule (i.e., he let us know if he was not coming usually because of rain), and gladly performed the additional tasks we added onto his plate. The overhangs/house extensions are 18-20 feet high, probably 30+ feet long, 10+ feet wide, are constructed of wood, and have six wooden beams that go from the front through the house and to the back. Rocky hand painted both the front and back overhangs with a brush on a ladder. Any cleaned up any paint that dripped onto the patio. The fascia and beam repairs were very close to the edge of the swimming pool and could not be easily reached with the ladder alone. Rocky built a platform that he extended over a portion of the pool, counter weighted it, and placed his ladder on the platform while he was doing the repairs and painting. When he was done with the work, he disassembled the platform and hauled it away. Rocky took down two old ceiling fans that we had over the back patio and hauled them away. He installed two new fans and get them set up and working. One of the fans would not work so he got on the phone with the technical support group for the fan manufacturer to try to see how to fix the issue. We ended up having him take down the one fan that would not work properly(which we returned) and then put up the new replacement fan. Once again, he made sure both fans were working before he moved onto another task, and he hauled away the boxes from both fans. Having had a lot of work done at the house over the past year, I was impressed with Rocky's neatness. He cleaned up every night, consolidating ladders, paint cans, tarps, and other materials into one inconspicuous location before he left. He did not leave any trash laying around the yard, hoses were recoiled, paint drippings were removed, and when he left we didn't find nails or screws or anything else laying on the ground. We have identified other tasks that need to be done both inside and outside the house, and while my husband could do them, his first response was to "Call Rocky. He'll do a better job than me".
