"I have a large home. It is brick. The person who came out gave me a flat number and he said orally what he was going to do. He didn’t want to write it down and I felt that was odd. The estimated price was $9000. He was a nice person. He seemed professional and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was responsive. He came right out. I think I expected him in the morning and he came in the afternoon. I would use them again. I have a really bad experience about a lot of people who say they are going to come and they don’t or if they do, they don’t end up coming back to do the work. When I first scheduled the work they called and said they was sending a crew out the next day then no one showed up or called. Then on the following day they sent one guy out to do the work but he only worked a couple hours a day."
