"I got a call within a few minutes of contacting Home Advisor. The customer service woman I spoke with offered same day service! When the plumber came, just a few hours later, he was able o take care of our problem quickly and inexpensively. I had been told by another plumber that I would need to replace the kitchen faucet, but Dakota was able to properly install the fixture and saved us money and time! "I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Very good experience. Ruben was the plumber who came out on a days notice, on time, called me to discuss the problem when he said he would, and finished in a short time. I was at work (my father was at home) and he even came back by to get the check after I was home from work. He was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely call again for any plumbing issues we have at home. UPDATE: 07/24/19 Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace: Ruben has done other jobs for us in the past and is always reliable, courteous, and his work is excellent. If I need anything to be done with our plumbing, he is the first call I make. I highly recommend Ruben and Empire Plumbing."

"Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
