"Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! "Power Pro installed a water heater for me. They scheduled and completed the work very quickly. They were very responsive in communication with me. However, they recommended a water heater that would not have been suitable for my volume of use and would have been inefficient. That required two changes in the work. Fortunately I was paying attention, and they cheerfully did the changes. In addition, I authorized a partial payment on my credit card to start the work. When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. So, in the end, they were very fast and pleasant, and they did good plumbing, but it was a bit of a struggle. I recommend them and would use them again, but you have to pay attention."
