"Incredible service and experience with Jim (owner). Received a call back within a half hour of my search from Jim gave him a brief description of my issue. He scheduled me for a in home consultation for the following Monday and I called on Friday afternoon. Upon arrival which he showed up 10 min. early he came in took a look at my system and conducted a water test. Definitely had a iron issue so he went back down to reinspect system and waterflow. He identified a valve the shouldn't be open that allowed raw water to bypass the filter. Upon closing the valve he ran the water and retested problem solved. Jim easily could have recommended a new system and had me spending THOUSANDS of dollars but his honesty, integrity and professionalism prohibited that. Upon completion I asked for a bill and he declined payment stating i was 10 minutes up the street so just give me a call in the future with any needs. Hire this company and this man for all your water needs and feel comfortable your not getting taken for a ride. Jim Thank you and my wife thanks you now that she can wash her hair without concern.
