Next day we found out that our hot water is not working, some how they didn't connect the hot water during the upgrade. "Chimney Chap service was excellent. The price with Angie's List promo deal was the best around. They called the next day to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
