At 9:00 AM the same day I called Carl at All Phases Mechanical he sharpened his pencil gave me an estimate ,, sourced my replacement condenser... his very qualified experienced lead man Henry was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. My AC system was up and running the same day by 4:00 PM Exceptional response and installatio . All Phases is my new company I highly recommend them"

"Hired to upgrade our condo electric system. Three people came to work on our system on a Friday. They worked all day, was rushing by the end of the day. Didn't want to answer any of our questions. Next day we found out that our hot water is not working, some how they didn't connect the hot water during the upgrade. We called them on Monday, they were pretty rude, didn't come to connect the hot water tank till Tuesday and gave us 4 hour window. We will not hirer them again."

"This company is clearly doing something right as their first available appointment was only in 3 weeks which was fine. They called on the day of the appointment and asked if they could arrive EARLY!!! What a pleasant surprise from home improvement services.
 
The guys who serviced our system were polite and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They were so conscious of not making anything dirty while they were working and cleaned up after themselves. He even apologized for some of the pipes he used being slightly wet (we were having a torrential downpour when they arrived so it was expected but nice of him to make sure I didn't mind and he wiped everything down afterwards). They moved all the furniture back into place too. The whole servicing went quickly and at the end they again walked me through to show me what they had done and places on the vent covers that wouldn't come clean due to old staining. 
I would highly recommend Lowes Air to service your HVAC systems. The Angie's List deal I bought made this service a steal."
