"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Jason replaced a kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was difficult to remove because of some rust, and contrary to what I first thought, it was not just loose, it had broken off at the handle.  Jason did a good job with this and installed a new faucet without any issues.  He also put back the cover of a bathroom fan that had given me some trouble. 

Jim replaced the water supply line to my dishwasher, which had apparently developed a small leak.  This leak was discovered while a new floor was installed earlier in the week.  I was very concerned to get the issue fixed quickly and correctly.  Jim identified the problem immediately and replaced the necessary parts with his usual expertise, for which I am very grateful.  He also replaced (2) water filter cartridges in my basement.
