we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.

"The service was better than any other service provider that I had come out to my house. The service technician came right ON TIME when he said he was going to. There was no delay. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and got straight to the point and solved the problem. . He provided a service that I thought was lost due to dealing with other companies. I had a leak and he was able to pinpoint exactly where it was at and gave me the information and the suggestions on how to fix it. He fixed the leak very fast!
