Efficient and courteous in the email/ text exchanges. they are not large enough to stop by to provide free estimates, but if one sends good pictures that are satisfactorily documenting the problem they may figure out what is needed. At least this was possible in my case. Their repair was tested the day after they came. There was heavy rain but no water leaked from that gutter. I could never get that simple repair properly done with the other company i was using. I was tired of gutter cleaning /repair companies that do not do what they are supposed to do, or have aggressive marketing, or come whenever they want etc. Hopefully I will not need to keep looking from now on.
