"My experience with Air Quality and Matt Farber was one my best contractor experience ever.   I contacted Matt based on a reference from a former co-worker.  I liked her reasoning as to why she chose Matt and his company and he did not let me down.  When Matt came, his first action was to review each room in our home, discuss our living style, etc.  It was obvious he was interested in doing what was best for us and not just selling a heating system.  He took the time to show me various types of heaters and air conditions explaining the pros and cons of each, he explained to me the difference between stage and variable speed with their pros and cons and how they work.  I knew I had to replace my ducts and choose to relocate them to better locations.  Matt walked the house as we discussed best location and style.  I wanted air conditioning but my available space is very limited.  Matt went around the house looking at different locations, measured and provided options of different sizes <br /> explaining pros, cons of the units and locations.  <br /> Matt gave me quotes on the various units, etc that interested me.  He did not push me to make a choice right away and did not push for the most expensive or easiest for his firm.  When I sent emails to him with questions or asking for quotes for other options, he was patient and provided the information in a timely manner. I did get other estimates from other reputable <br /> companies.  I compared them very closely and it confirmed I was making the best decision for me with Air Quality.  Matt was a ?one-stop? shop.  He arranged and scheduled the Bayren inspections, the asbestos abatement, the painter to repair the holes in the wall (relocation of registers), , inspection, etc.   He worked with my schedule and was a great help.  The installers were wonderful!!  When I changed my mind about something or asked for a relocation of some elements, they politely did as I asked with a smile.  Extremely professional and pleasant workers. <br /> Both Bayren and the city inspector commented on the job.  I heard the inspector say more than once ?nice job? ?nice clean job?.  I am a rather pickyand exacting person who asks questions.  These people exceeded my expectations.  That is saying a lot!!  Yes, everything passed inspection the first time with no problem. <br /> A week after everything was done, he came to the house to make sure we were happy with everything.  He checked to see if I wanted the thermostat adjusted and took time to show me once again how to program it.  Now that is customer service!! <br />"

"I selected Got Watts Electric & Solar to install a residential solar system on my house in Antioch. My experience with Got Watts was professional and informative from start to finish. Most communication was by email which I like more than phone calls because it provides a information to reference. The price was not the lowest but it was near the lower end. But the panels and equipment were superior to the lower quoted systems. When I needed a sub panel put in, Got Watts included it in the price. It was not so with other quotes. The sub-panel they put in has expansion capabilities and wouldn’t if they had gone with the minimum needed. The solar panels they offer include top of the line. The system includes monitoring the performance of the individual panels, not just the system. They took care of all the permits, setup, inspections and submitting paperwork to PG&E. They replaced some cracked roof tiles that had been bonded together with good ones removed from where the solar rack was installed to hold the panels. I highly recommend Got Watts. Another company said they could put no more than 18 panels the house. Another company wanted to put panels on the north roof slope (which is not best) because of a code issue with having them on the east slope. But Jeremy the owner of Got Watts knew right away what the local code was and that panels would fit on the east slope to go with the southern slope and give me a 100% off set system of 25 panels."

"Unbelievable. It's like getting a brand new door. Ron replaced the glides, weatherstripping and rollers on an old aluminum sliding patio door. Ron is extremely efficient and replaced everything in about 45 minutes. The cost may seem high, but it's much cheaper than a new door and now it works like new. Absolutely worth the price paid."

"Eduardo came out and provided us an estimate for fabricating a security gate for our courtyard. This included wiring a new doorbell and buzzer for the locking mechanism. His estimate came out a full $1000 less than others we received, so we decided to use them for the work. In fact, we attempted to contact 2 or 3 other metal workers with no response, which was surprising based upon their reviews and websites, but I guess the work didn't interest them. <br /> Eduardo was great. We had a specific design idea in mind and showed him some photos of what we were thinking. He put together some drawings of the gate, and with a minor tweak, settled on the design. <br /> We opted for powder coating and wanted a brown, but the color chip that he had was darker than what we were looking for. He gave me the name of his powder coater and I was able to visit their shop to see other color chips. We settled on one and then waited for fabrication to be completed, which took about 4-5 weeks. <br /> Installation took one day and the guys they sent over were great. The gate looks better than we'd imagined and the installation job was extremely professional. We were able to leave our old doorbell as a rewired buzzer to open the gate and they installed and wired a new doorbell for us. <br /> All in all, excellent craftmanship, good communication and they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. I'm extremely impressed by the quality of the finished product, it's incredibly sturdy and well made. I highly recommend them. I will try to upload photos of the finished gate shortly. <br /> <br /> <br />"
