He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He also fixed the mortar missing in my chimney, something he had noticed when he fixed my gutters. Edwin learned that he also does snow removal so I got on his list for that. Daniel kept insisting that his prices were higher than competitors because of the high quality of work, and due to the fact that his company is a "design-build" firm, whatever that means. I don't need a designer, I just need a contractor. We opted not to go with him because the price was way too high. He was punctual, easily accessible, and professional, but we will not be using his services."
