"I had an excellent experience with De Sousa's. Phone communications were prompt and courteous. I was able to email pictures of the furniture to them for an estimate. I provided them with fabric that I had purchased and they came to my house to pick up all the furniture and the fabric. I sent a detailed email to them describing which fabric should go on which pieces. I hadn't planned on getting the wood refinished, but they offered the service and an estimate when they picked up the furniture. I had the furniture back in less than 2 weeks. The workmanship is superb. I didn't realize how saggy the cushions were until I got them replaced. They said the love seat was broken and they repaired it for no extra charge. The loveseat has curves and many seams, and they lined up the new striped fabric perfectly. I would definitely recommend De Sousa's services to anyone seeking refinishing and re-upholstering."
