"The Sila technician spent as much time as necessary to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He explained his findings every step of the way. Communication from the company regarding service visits and arrival of parts from their distributor was excellent. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Overall, I was very impressed by Sila and would definitely use them again."

"Alfons was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and also just really a nice person. I had two water heaters installed today and he was right on time, the price was fair - the water is not hot yet but I am sure he will be back if there is a problem. (I was just anxious to get my review in case I forgot to do so later.) The heaters have a 10 year warranty so I appreciated his manufacturer of choice, AO Smith, and that he gave me the tags so I have the proof of the warranty. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs."

"Kevin called right away after I requested service via the app. He was on-time and upfront with costs and time estimates. There was concern of getting parts as it was Veterans Day Observed (the Monday) but suppliers were open so he was able to get the new hot water heater and needed parts. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would recommend him to others."
