He went above and beyond to help, but my house came with no main line to be found and I mean he was all over my yard looking for it, even I was scratching my head on it. He offered to put in a main line off the house and I couldn’t afford it even though the price was VERY reasonably priced. With having a baby on the way very soon, there just wasn’t a way to squeeze it out. He didn’t charge a thing for all the work he did trying to locate it. I really appreciate him and being a stand up guy. I would definitely give this company a call every time in the future and so should you."

"Initially we wanted Filtration Direct to come out and give us a quote for a Well Genie. When I told the technician (name escapes me) that our current water softener had stopped working, he offered to take a look. The plug had blown a fuse and he was able to replace it and get it working in less then 20 minutes!. He also helped us resolve an over-pressurization issue with our well holding tank, and now i can take a continuous shower in the morning!.
We will be contacting them again to get a Well Genie installed in the near future.
