"Had a new Heating and AC unit put in. These guys are absolutely awesome. They are friendly and considerate and work very hard to make sure everything is done right. They consistently kept me updated on what was going on and explained everything they were doing in detail. If there was something I didn't understand, they happily explained what they were doing. They are a new company but don't let that fool you. The owner has many years of experience and knows what he is doing. I will only ever use these guys for all of my HVAC needs in the future. The team worked well together, were very professional and pleasant. We went with the 2.5 ton Bryant heat pump which replace a 25+ year old system. We had only moved in to our modular home about a year ago and new the replacement was needed within 3 years. We went ahead and had it replaced before going through another winter and worrying whether it would hold up. The previous owners had a dog and the duct cleaning proved very beneficial. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We were pleased to see this special since D&R Heating had done the installation in 2008.  Kory was the service tech and he arrived on time.  He was extremely thorough in checking the furnace, heat pump and the thermostats for both of our zones. The heat pump was low on refrigerant. Kory topped it off, checked its operation with the thermostat, checked the furnace exchanges to see if our ducts needed cleaning, and gave us some pointers on our furnace/heat pump operation. We were very impressed with his work.
