"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "So happy with the work. Had some very high traffic spots that were black! Also have a dog that felt the need to pee in the house. All of the smell and dirt is gone. Very happy with the job, pricing, and the carpet and sectionals is like new again. Nice work - highly recommended!"

"The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"It took about 2 1/2 days. It was great. The work was detailed. They insisted to complete the job before the payment. They took some pictures to show me the progress and the quality of work. I was impressed as they did the work. I would definitely hire them again."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
