"Alamo Garage Doors went above and beyond when replacing my outdated garage door. They helped me choose a design that matched my house and handled the installation perfectly. The new door runs quietly and looks fantastic. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the area spotless. Excellent all-around service."

"Mr. Yeager, AKA the "door doctor" was fantastic! He and his partner were able to completely fix our problem with our garage door sticking. They finished the job, and even helped replace our keyless pad outside the door (and helped me program it, to boot!). I would highly recommend their services for anyone with garage door issues. Call "Dr. Yeager!""

"They did a great job job ! Very professional and Jack really wanted to make the whole job work convenient for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that would need garage door sales or service."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"Shortly after my purchase, I received a phone call from the owner.  He wanted to do a quick check of my sliding glass door problem.  Once we agreed on what I wanted, he had the installers come to the house to measure for the sliding glass door.  Was told that it would take about a month for the door to come in, but was pleasantly surprised that it arrived that month.
The installers were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. My screen door wasn't in the box, but they put in a call and I also informed the owner and it was quickly addressed.  I, now, have a beautifully functioning sliding glass door and screen.
I would definitely use Internet Windows Direct again, if needed.

"Very well. They had to replace starting capacitor and recharge the coolant. Also provided estimates to do more maintenance needed, or replace 20+ year old unit. Also advised on changes needed to ductwork."

"Every time I called him to fix the door,  he says he has the flu.  This has been over the course of a year and a half.  He just doesn't want to come back to finish the job.  I have paid him and he has not finished it.  I had such a good experience when he was here, and then I asked him to fix something he won't come back to do it.

When he came to install the door he showed up exactly when he said he would and he brought a helper and he got the job done in one day but he doesn't want to come back to make it right.

Unfortunately there are some good things that I can say about him, but he is just not interested in picking up the pieces when something goes wrong.   I thought the price was reasonable because it was a heavy job and he had to bring a helper.

The representative from Anderson Windows  that came to our home to see the door said that it was not installed correctly.  I will not use this company again in the future."
