"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Justin has always been great to us. Very responsive and timely. We had a problem with our A/C unit and he was out to our house that afternoon. Friendly and reasonable pricing! He installed a humidifier a few years back and provided the same great service and pricing. Highly recommend him to any and all!"

"Knowledgeable, professional, excellent communication and customer service! Highly recommended. My project required significantly more work and time than I was originally quoted. The Roofing Services completed the job and did not charge me for the extra time. Honest, dependable, quality service at a very reasonable price."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

"Great! Excellent thorough service! The team came prepared, demonstrated how thorough their process is, and executed it so well. Cleanup was also complete Amazing service and value"

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"He removed the old unit, and put in the new unit. A little difficulty getting the old unit out of the wall mount, but he got it out, and aided with the disposal of the old unit."
