The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
